Amazing BBQ!!! We loved it all. We had Texas twinkles, brisket, ribs and burnt ends. All of it was sooo good. So glad we found this place while in town.

Never had a bad experience from Rack Shack, and recommend them to all my friends and coworkers, old and new!!!!!! Food is hot when you get it and they usually have you food to you in a very timely manner.

Don't let the outside fool you. The food is excellent (went there for lunch to try it and went back for dinner)the staff is super friendly, large portions and the prices are great. I'll be visiting again whenever I get back to Fairbanks!!!

Absolutely delicious and affordable food, with generous serving sizes. Awesome customer service. I've tried several items from the menu and have never been disappointed. My favorite is the AMAZING Birria tacos, available on Fridays. So good! I also love the smoked chicken thighs and the ribs. All of their sides, especially the coleslaw are delicious. A must try! Hole in the wall places to eat usually have the best food! The Rack Shack is that place! The methods and flavors they use will have you saying “now that should be illegal”!

I got a half rack of the St. Louis Ribs and it came with two sides. I got the coleslaw and the potato salad. The ribs were absolutely amazingly phenomenal. Literally the best ribs I have had in my life and I did a bbq tour of the American south and these ribs demolish all other ribs. Seriously, wish I got a full rack. Cole slaw is the tangy kind, not the milky kind. I prefer the different style but it was still yummy. Potato salad tastes like an Auntie spent all morning making it from her grandmothers recipe. Special food! Like WOW kind of food. Reminded me the most of Texas BBQ. Will go here again and again, great service too.

This place is honestly THE place for bbq out here in Fairbanks. Its small but man is the food here so good. Worth every penny. Meats always flavorful and tender. Barria tacos are addictive. It will be the one place I truly miss when we PCS. DO NOT MISS OUT

If you're a Fairbanks local and your idea of BBQ is Big Daddy's, it's time for you to be enlightened. Rack Shack is hands down the best BBQ in the state. I come from the land of BBQ and these cats do more than pass muster, everything they make is near top tier.
